  • Handover Keys and Access Card to Staff at Check-Out
  • Please turn off AC/equipment’s if not in use
  • Handover keys and Access card while leaving (Lost Keys – 3000/-)
  • Check in 1:00 PM and checkout- 10:00 AM
  • Please use Apartment diligently
  • Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend, ask first
  • No Loud Music/Noise. Check out – Inform us and give back Keys or Access Card
  • On Power backup supply – Turn off AC and Limited equipment will work
  • Power Backup – Only 1 heavy Appliance will work
  • Smoking restricted in room. Can be done in Balcony. Sofa/Seat/Bed/TV should not be burn or damaged
